1- Chemical Engineer
Ensuring planned engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering deliverables for Tenders (as required) and awarded Projects, process engineering planning & scheduling, preparation of progress reports, manpower & resource forecasts, time schedules of engineers, utilization of resources effectively & efficiently.
- Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment etc. for Tenders (as required) and for awarded Projects.
- Review of Clients tender documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations.
- Preparation and/or supervision of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as P.F.D.s, P.&I.D.s, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control Philosophies, Shutdown Philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
- To ensure proper division of work & responsibility among the process engineers, providing proper guidance & integration of work done, ensuring good, positive & healthy working nature among the team of engineers to ensure optimum productivity & efficiency.
- Preparation & Issue of RFQ’s, evaluation of vendor’s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc. for all the required process aspects.
- Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations for all the required process aspects.
2- Senior Process Engineer
We are looking for an accountable Sr. Process Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines required for a good Process Engineer. Candidate will resource and manage all the technical activities conception to completion. With relevant experience in handling site supervision and coordination.
Responsibilities
· Knowledge on process design and calculations of water and waste water treatment plants
Budgeting of Industrial Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), STP, Produced water, Oil- Water Treatment system, UF, RO, etc.
· Experience in larger tender documents and understanding client requirements.
· Knowledge on detailed Technical & commercial offers based on the RFQ, including power & chemical consumptions, deviation / exclusion lists.
· Knowledge on equipment selection & sizing
· Knowledge on piping design, sizing, selection etc
· Co-ordinate with sales engineer for proposals and site inspections
· Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
· Preparation of technical presentation of projects.
· Involved in client meetings and presentations
· Maintaining Client and vendor correspondence & data base
· Design, Engineering, Proposal/ Tendering & Estimation of EPC Projects.
· System/ Process knowledge in water treatment systems like, Reverse Osmosis De-mineralization, Re-mineralization, Raw water pre-treatment, Seawater desalination, Ultra filtration system, Condensate polishing unit, and effluent recycle plant etc…
· Selection of Pumps, Valves, Process instruments for Process according to manual, Automatic, semi-automatic operation, PSD, ESD
· Proven ability in Tender/contract understanding , Detailed analysis, cost controlling & system implementation
· Post Order – Basic Engineering Package Preparations, pressure Relieve Valve, Vent sizing Calculation for purged Tanks, Restriction orifice, pressure and head loss calculations, Utility consumptions Requirements
3- Systems and Process Control Engineer
- specialist areas of Instrumentation, Control and Automation, SCADA and Safety Instrumented Systems. The candidate to have sufficient background in water and wastewater treatment and pumping stations, with further experience in SCADA and communications.
- To have broad experience in the design, specification and commissioning of electrical equipment, instrumentation and control systems (hardware and software) and SCADA for projects.
- Candidate will be required to be involved in designing, managing and implementing the delivery of leading edge programs and projects.
- You should build strong rapports with clients at a senior level, ensuring a relationship of trust, respect and ethics are always present.
- Electrical or I&C Engineer in Bachelors, preferably Masters
- Hands-on experience in the design and integration of SCADA systems, potable or sewage water pumping stations, transmission and distribution networks.
- Instrumentation and control systems;
- Water and wastewater treatment, pipelines, TSE transmission, recycled water;
- Energy optimization
- Electrical equipment commissioning and specification;
- Communication networks;
- Distributed control systems;
- Feasibility studies;
- Preliminary and detailed design;
- Program design management.
4- Principal Electrical Design Engineer
(Water/Waste Water projects)
Responsibilities:
- Carry out design calculations on a variety of water & waste water projects
- Design according to local utilities rules, regulations and design guides;
- Design to British, American and International design standards;
- Prepare technical input to Specifications/Reports;
- Prepare drawings for drafting by in-house CAD/Revit team;
- Proposal preparation or installation/commissioning of electrical equipment (including MCC, switchgear, power transformers, and power cabling) and PLC/HMI-based control systems used in prominent water treatment technologies (including demineralizers, softeners, ultra filtration and R.O. plants)
- Instruct CAD/Revit operators in all project related matters and responsible for the checking of all CAD/Revit works done;
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, Architects, Civil Engineers and Structural
- Engineers and any other external design consultant;
- Degree qualified in Electrical discipline;
- Experience and familiarity with the following programs is a plus: ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Info Works, SWMM, Storm/Sewer/Water CAD, Revit/BIM
- Complete familiarity with all steps of the design process from pre concept to tender/contract documentation;
- Independently carry out breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, electrical circuiting, preparation of electrical schedules etc;
- Customer focused, passionate about exceeding the requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
5- Water and Wastewater Plant Operator
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Operating STP Plant, (Sewage Treatment Plant, MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Reactor) System.
- Operating ETP Plant (Effluent Treatment Plant)
- Doing Chemical dosing, PH maintenance, document record and flow meter checking.
- Checking & sampling wastewater like COD (chemical oxygen demand) , BOD(Biochemical demand) and TSS (Total suspended solid)
- Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum product water quality.
- Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes
- Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valves
