HiSep™

HiSep™ offers a Sustainable Solutions for a complex water quality

With the advanced technology and innovative thinking NanoWater are vital in developing new technologies, supporting our constantly improving lifestyle.

NanoWater utilizes the advanced ceramic-based filtration solutions which is physically remove suspended solids and pathogens from even the most challenging waters with reliable, simple and cost-effective processes while significantly reducing the plant footprints and energy.

HiSep™ ceramic membrane operates as a filter, allowing water molecules to permeate its surface , at the same time, it retains the concentrate, like , suspended solids, oil droplets, oil emulsions, particles, and bacteria. The ceramic membranes have many tiny pores, similar to the holes in a sponge, just much smaller.

Ceramic membranes are heavily employed in preparing process water and for the filtration and purification of wastewater. Membrane technology is increasingly focused on wastewater treatment as it is essential to filter contaminated wastewater streams, especially if they are to be discharged into sensitive areas or waters.

HiSep™ Process Advantages:

● High rejection of oil & SS
● Excellent chemical stability
● Thermal-resistance
● Valuable oil can be recycled
● Easy to be regenerated
● High flux
● Highly automatic running system makes process both simple and convenient, reduces running cost greatly
● Compact design makes small occupied space

HiSep™ Ceramic membranes provide:

  • Highest flux for any membrane material
  • Chemically inert pH 0-14
  • Thermally resistant up to 800 ˚C
  • Hydrophilic material (Water-loving)
  • Extremely hard and durable material 2930 +/- 80 kgf/mm3 (Vickers scale)
  • Abrasive feeds
  • Low power usage and low pressure
  • Long membrane lifetime
  • Low operational cost and low total cost of ownership

HiSep™ Ceramic membranes have been widely used in waste water treatment such as:
– Emulsion waste water
– Produced water treatment
– Mine water & condensate water
– Alkaline and acid processing stream liquid
– Waste with pigment from printing & dyeing and edible oil of high COD/BOD
– Landfill leachate water
– Electroplate waste, laundry waste water
– Grinding water micro-electronics
