1- Chemical Engineer <\/strong><\/h5>

Ensuring planned engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering deliverables for Tenders (as required) and awarded Projects, process engineering planning & scheduling, preparation of progress reports, manpower & resource forecasts, time schedules of engineers, utilization of resources effectively & efficiently.<\/p>

  • Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment etc. for Tenders (as required) and for awarded Projects.<\/li>
  • Review of Clients tender documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations.<\/li>
  • Preparation and\/or supervision of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as P.F.D.s, P.&I.D.s, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control Philosophies, Shutdown Philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.<\/li>
  • To ensure proper division of work & responsibility among the process engineers, providing proper guidance & integration of work done, ensuring good, positive & healthy working nature among the team of engineers to ensure optimum productivity & efficiency.<\/li>
  • Preparation & Issue of RFQ\u2019s, evaluation of vendor\u2019s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc. for all the required process aspects.<\/li>

    2- Senior Process Engineer<\/strong><\/h5>

    We are looking for an accountable Sr. Process Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines required for a good Process Engineer. Candidate \u00a0will resource and manage all the technical activities conception to completion. With relevant experience in handling site supervision and coordination.
    Responsibilities

    Budgeting of Industrial Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), STP, Produced water, Oil- Water Treatment system, UF, RO, etc.

    3- Systems and Process Control Engineer<\/strong><\/h5>
    • specialist areas of Instrumentation, Control and Automation, SCADA and Safety Instrumented Systems. The candidate to have sufficient background in water and wastewater treatment and pumping stations, with further experience in SCADA and communications.<\/li>
    • To have broad experience in the design, specification and commissioning of electrical equipment, instrumentation and control systems (hardware and software) and SCADA for projects.<\/li>
    • Candidate will be required to be involved in designing, managing and implementing the delivery of leading edge programs and projects.<\/li>
    • You should build strong rapports with clients at a senior level, ensuring a relationship of trust, respect and ethics are always present.<\/li>
    • Electrical or I&C Engineer in Bachelors, preferably Masters<\/li>
    • Hands-on experience in the design and integration of SCADA systems, potable or sewage water pumping stations, transmission and distribution networks.<\/li>

      4- Principal Electrical Design Engineer<\/strong><\/h5>
      (Water\/Waste Water projects)<\/strong><\/h5>

      Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Carry out design calculations on a variety of water & waste water projects<\/li>
      • Design according to local utilities rules, regulations and design guides;<\/li>
      • Design to British, American and International design standards;<\/li>
      • Prepare technical input to Specifications\/Reports;<\/li>
      • Prepare drawings for drafting by in-house CAD\/Revit team;<\/li><\/ul>
        • Proposal preparation or installation\/commissioning of electrical equipment (including MCC, switchgear, power transformers, and power cabling) and PLC\/HMI-based control systems used in prominent water treatment technologies (including demineralizers, softeners, ultra filtration and R.O. plants)<\/li>
        • Instruct CAD\/Revit operators in all project related matters and responsible for the checking of all CAD\/Revit works done;<\/li>
        • Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, Architects, Civil Engineers and Structural<\/li>
        • Engineers and any other external design consultant;<\/li>
        • Degree qualified in Electrical discipline;<\/li>
        • Experience and familiarity with the following programs is a plus: ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Info Works, SWMM, Storm\/Sewer\/Water CAD, Revit\/BIM<\/li>
        • Complete familiarity with all steps of the design process from pre concept to tender\/contract documentation;<\/li>
        • Independently carry out breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, electrical circuiting, preparation of electrical schedules etc;<\/li>

          5- Water and Wastewater Plant Operator <\/strong><\/h5>

          Key responsibilities for the role include:<\/p>

          • Operating STP Plant, (Sewage Treatment Plant, MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Reactor) System.<\/li>
          • Operating ETP Plant (Effluent Treatment Plant)<\/li>
          • Doing Chemical dosing, PH maintenance, document record and flow meter checking.<\/li>
          • Checking & sampling wastewater like COD (chemical oxygen demand) , BOD(Biochemical demand) and TSS (Total suspended solid)<\/li>
          • Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum product water quality.<\/li>
          • Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes<\/li>
